Several interpretive products have been developed for MPAs throughout California.The products are designed to target multiple audiences at strategic locations and present an attractive identity for the MPAs while conveying the importance of the network. Products include printed publications, interpretive signs, videos and short films, youth-developed presentations, docent training materials, and visitor center exhibit materials. Most products are available for download and to use as templates for expanding the education and outreach throughout the state.

Brochures
Interpretive and Fishing full-color brochures with fold-out maps, specific GPS coordinates and location details are available for several of California’s MPAs.
Signs
Together with our partners, several hundred interpretive and harbor informational panels and signs have been created for MPAs along California Coast.

A variety of posters have been created by organizations throughout California to communicate important messages of MPAs.

A variety of site-specific,regional, and statewide maps indicating locations and boundaries of California’s MPAs are provided.
Fact Sheets
A series of fourteen MPA fact sheets created by The Ocean Conservancy provide basic information for California’s Central Coast MPAs.
